Delivery reports are available to customers who have distributed more than 5,000 flyers. Any delivery enquiry must be requested within one week of distribution.
The reporting process:
- We now offer a 5 day walk – Saturday to Wednesday. Currently, if we experience walker delays over a weekend delivery, the section will automatically be pushed to mid-week.
- If by Thursday you have any major questions in regards to your delivery run, you need to contact us directly.
- If specific addresses can be supplied within one week of distribution, we will do what we can to conduct further investigations (if issues are identified on the delivery report).
If major issues are confirmed, we will discuss further action accordingly
