In the past, we booked flyer runs through large third-party distributors. Unfortunately, the service we received was nothing like what had been promised.

• No walkers available – routes were booked and paid for, yet on many occasions there were next to no walkers allocated at all. Flyers disappeared, refunds were never offered, and materials were not returned.
• Flyers buried in junk mail – our message was bundled in with thick stacks of catalogues, making it almost impossible for residents to notice.
• Poorly paid walkers – with little incentive, many skipped streets or dumped flyers rather than delivering them properly.
• Vague reporting – no GPS tracking, little accountability, and plenty of fine-print excuses when questions were asked.
